In accepting this contract, you are engaged to respect the terms and conditions necessary to the use of the H&K agency website.
The photographs presented by the H&K agency are available on this website for consultation and research only and they are not free of rights. They are protected by copyrights.Consultation of the image bank is possible after a login and a password have been attributed to each user who has submitted pieces of information requested by the H&K agency. H&K will keep all information given by its customers strictly confidential.
The login and password that H&K will deliver to you are stricly personal and confidential. They must not be communicated.
The photographs are presented in a limited resolution and are protected by a watermark.
It is prohibited to remove the watermark from the photographs. As well as it is prohibited to use, publish, modify, print, copy or save images without H&K's agreement.
You can select photographs and send your selection to H&K in order to obtain high resolution files. The commercial department and H&K's correspondants worldwide are available to assist you and treat your requests.
